We're currently finalizing our REST API for production use. Early access customers will receive API credentials and documentation in Q2 2026.
What to Expect
The Tarifix API will provide programmatic access to:
- Product Classification — Submit product data and receive HTS code suggestions with confidence scores
- Tariff Lookups — Query current duty rates by HTS code and country pair
- Exposure Calculations — Get total tariff liability for your product catalog
- Scenario Modeling — Model "what-if" scenarios programmatically
- Webhook Notifications — Receive alerts when tariff rates change or new CBP rulings affect your products
Example Use Cases
ERP Integration
Sync your product catalog from NetSuite, SAP, or Shopify. Automatically classify new products and update duty costs in your system of record.
Procurement Workflows
When evaluating new suppliers, query the API to compare tariff exposure across different sourcing countries before making a decision.
Financial Reporting
Pull monthly tariff exposure data for board reporting or scenario analysis. Export as JSON or CSV for financial modeling.
Authentication (Planned)
The API will use API key authentication via Bearer tokens:

- Professional: 10,000 requests/day
